To participate in a Soulship program, you commit to just 30 minutes a day of:

Answer three powerful journal questions directly inside the app each day to bring the unconscious to light and integrate new awareness.

In Soulship, you journey with two other people—your small "Soulship" group—who show up daily just like you. Sharing your journal answers in a safe, intimate space can feel vulnerable at first, but very quickly it becomes the most powerful part of the journey.
